About Hannah

Hi! I'm so happy you're here, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

I found my way into the therapy world after experiencing the life-changing power of therapy myself. Having a space where I could express my truest thoughts and emotions without judgement fundamentally changed me as a person. Now, I have the privilege of providing that type of space to others.

I received my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. I specialize in relational and systemic therapy, which means I see people within the context of the past and present relationships and experiences that have shaped them.

As a therapist, I don't practice from one single model. Instead, I integrate different approaches depending on what resonates most with each client. This allows our work together to feel dynamic, authentic, and tailored to your unique goals. Some of the approaches I draw from include Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and psychodynamic therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for individuals.

People who work with me often describe me as both warm and direct. My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. I offer support along with new perspectives and gentle challenges to help you move toward the life and relationships you desire.

I believe that the relationship you have with your therapist is the most important element in creating meaningful change. If you are interested in working together, please reach out below to schedule a consultation call or first session to see if we are a good fit! I can't wait to meet you.
